At the same time, you get all the features with no upsells, no higher tiers, no 'enterprise' pricing.

Yes. Rofinery is designed to fit into how teams already work, not force them into rigid processes. With simple task management, flexible time tracking, and minimal admin, it removes friction rather than adding it. Each team member has a clear dashboard showing their time targets, utilisation, and progress, so they can stay on track and understand how their work contributes, making adoption far more natural.

Setup time varies depending on your team and how much you want to configure, but most agencies can get up and running quickly. We can support you through the process, helping you set things up in a way that reflects how your agency works, so you see value from the start. The free 30 day trial would be sufficient time to add your team members, build proposals and projects, and start tracking time. We can also support with imports to move data into the system to save you having to do it manually.

There are no onboarding fees. Rofinery is designed to be intuitive and easy to use, so most teams can get started without a heavy setup process. That said, we recognise some teams may want support, and we’re happy to provide it. This can include calls with different parts of your team, such as ops, finance, or delivery, as well as focused sessions on specific areas like time tracking. We can also check in once you’re up and running to make sure you’re getting the most out of it. Whatever support you need, we’ll provide it at no extra cost.

Rofinery is £55 per user, per month, including VAT. Pay annually and get 12 months for the price of 11. No tiers, no hidden costs.
