Notice a client drifting before they go

Record how each relationship stands, get a weekly list of reviews that are due, and a nudge when a client's gone quiet.

The client who went quiet

Good clients rarely leave with a bang. The calls get less frequent, the projects get smaller, and one day the renewal doesn’t come.

Rofinery helps you keep an eye on every relationship on a schedule you set, and flags the ones that have gone quiet.

Keep every relationship in view

Reviews, nudges and reminders, without a spreadsheet.

How each relationship stands

Record each client's relationship on your own scale, shared with contacts. It's set by a person who knows the client, not calculated.

Reviews that come round on their own

Each client status has a review interval in months, so reviews fall due without anyone tracking them. Override the date for a particular client. A weekly email lists the reviews that are due.

A nudge when a client goes quiet

Switch on quiet-client nudges and choose how long counts as quiet: 30, 60, 90 or 120 days, or your own. The owner gets a nudge in their daily email and can snooze it for one, three or six months.

Reminders for the things that matter

Set a reminder on a client or lead for yourself or colleagues, once or on repeat. It arrives by email and in the app, and in Slack if you've connected it.
