Everything about a client in one place

Contacts, notes, meetings, files, projects and money for each client, on one record your whole team can see.

It lives in someone's inbox

What you know about a client is usually spread across inboxes, meeting notes and people’s memories. When someone’s off, or leaves, it goes with them.

And nobody notices a good client going quiet until the renewal doesn’t come.

Rofinery keeps every conversation, change and project against the client, and tells you when a relationship needs attention.

One record for every client

Anyone on the account can pick it up from here.

The whole history, written for you

Changes to the client, its contacts, leads and projects are logged automatically. Add comments with @mentions, replies and reactions.

Meeting notes that file themselves

Notes from Granola and Fathom land on the right client, matched by who was in the meeting. Forward an email and it's saved as a note too.

Ask your notes a question

Ask a question across a client's notes and get an answer that quotes the notes it came from, instead of reading back through months of calls. Note text is sent to OpenAI to answer, and notes on private projects are never included.

Relationships that don't drift

Record how each relationship stands, get a weekly list of reviews that are due, and a nudge when a client has gone quiet.

Questions about client management

Contacts, addresses, leads, projects, notes, files and history move to the record you keep. Blank details are filled in from the other one, and old links still work.

Switch on quiet-client nudges and choose a period, such as 90 days. If nothing's been logged for that long, the owner gets a nudge in their daily email, which they can snooze.

Only people with permission to see financial figures.

Contacts live on their client's record, and each has its own page. There isn't a separate list of every contact across all clients.
