A timeline that stays in step with the work
See project tasks and milestones on a Gantt chart, drag to reschedule, and share a read-only view with your client.
The spreadsheet timeline
Clients want a timeline, so someone rebuilds the plan in a spreadsheet. By Friday it’s out of date, because the real plan lives somewhere else.
A Gantt chart shows tasks as bars across a calendar, so you can see what happens when. In Rofinery it’s the same tasks as your task list, so there’s nothing to keep in sync.
Plan it, move it, share it
One timeline for your team and your client.
Drag to reschedule
Drag a subtask to move it, or pull either end to change how long it takes. Select several and move them together.
Milestones and dependencies on the chart
Click a day to add a milestone, drag it to a new date, and click to edit it. Dependencies show as arrows, red when the order's broken.
Share it with your client
Send your client a read-only link to the chart, showing tasks, milestones and bank holidays. You can see when it was last opened.
Milestones with owners
Give each milestone a due date, a status and the people responsible. They and the project manager get a daily email when milestones are due in the next two days or overdue.
