Tasks that know what was sold
Hour estimates, checklists and dependencies on every task, each linked back to the proposal line it delivers.
Tasks without a budget
In most task tools, a task is a title and a due date. It doesn’t know how long it was meant to take, or which part of the proposal it’s for.
So a task can quietly eat the budget, and nobody sees it until the end.
In Rofinery, tasks sit in groups on a project. Each subtask – the actual piece of work – carries an estimate, the people doing it and a link to what was sold.
Work that's tied to the budget
Every piece of work knows what it's for and how long it should take.
See the work your way
Switch between a list, a board by task group, a kanban by status and a Gantt chart. Drag work between statuses, and filter by discipline, status, priority, assignee or due date.
Estimates split between people
Give each subtask an hour estimate, assign people, and split the hours between them against the roles in the proposal. Link any subtask to the proposal line it delivers.
Checklists that keep standards
Add several named checklists to a subtask, give items their own assignees, and duplicate a checklist you use often. A subtask can't be marked complete while items are still unticked.
Work in the right order
Set which subtasks must finish before others start. If the dates clash, the subtask shows a warning and the Gantt chart draws the link in red.
