Share a link and get it signed online
Send clients a link to the proposal, collect comments on each section, and get a signature without printing anything.
Five email threads and a scanner
You email a PDF. Feedback comes back in five separate replies, some of them about an older version. The signature means printing, signing and scanning.
Rofinery puts the proposal, the conversation about it and the sign-off in one place your client opens in a browser.
From sent to signed
Everything happens on one page your client can open anywhere.
A link, not an attachment
Your client opens the proposal in their browser, without an account. Ask for a six-digit code by email first, and only your client's contacts, people on their email domains and your own team get in.
Comments on each section
Clients comment on the parts they have questions about. You reply, add internal notes they can't see, and resolve threads. The project manager hears when a client comments, and the client hears when you reply.
Signed online
Your client signs with their name and a drawn signature, and ticks to accept your terms. A proposal can't be signed once it's past its validity date.
Approval that starts the work
Signing approves the proposal and emails your client a copy with the PDF attached. If you've switched it on, the tasks are created and the client's status is updated.

No. They sign in their browser. If you ask for an email code, they enter it first.
It can't be signed. Issue a new link to restart the validity period.
Your client gets a confirmation email with the PDF, and the project manager is copied in if the project has one.
