Get paid what the proposal agreed
Set the payment schedule in the proposal, see what's ready to invoice, and create draft invoices in Xero with paid status coming back.
Invoices that slip
The proposal said half up front and half on launch. Then the project got busy, and nobody remembered to send the second invoice for three weeks.
When payment terms live in a PDF, invoicing depends on memory. Rofinery keeps the schedule with the project, so what’s due is always in front of you.
From agreed to paid
Every payment tracked from the proposal onwards.
A schedule in the proposal
Split the proposal into payments with presets like 50/50, 30/70 or three equal payments, or your own payment structures. A warning shows if the schedule doesn't add up to the proposal.
Ready to invoice
Mark payments as ready to send, and the ready-to-invoice report lists every one across your projects, filtered by project and payment type, with a total.
Draft invoices in Xero
Create a draft invoice in Xero from a payment, or from every uninvoiced payment on a project at once. Rofinery adds the contact if it's new and matches the client's tax rate.
Paid status comes back
When an invoice is paid in Xero, Rofinery marks the payment as paid. Without Xero, mark payments as sent and paid yourself.

Questions about payments and invoicing
No. Rofinery creates them as drafts in Xero, so you can check them before they go out. Paid status comes back automatically.
No. You can mark payments as sent and paid yourself. Xero saves you creating the invoices and checking what's been paid.
Presets split the proposal total for you, and each payment is saved as an amount you can adjust.
