See how the year's shaping up
Track revenue against your target by month, quarter or year, from won work, pending proposals and the leads in your pipeline.
A forecast from memory
Most agency forecasts live in a spreadsheet someone updates once a quarter, from what they remember about the pipeline. By the time it’s filled in, it’s already out of date.
Rofinery builds the forecast from the leads and proposals you’re already tracking, so it moves as they do.
A forecast that keeps itself up to date
Built from your sales pipeline and the work you've won.
Three kinds of revenue
Live revenue is won work with approved proposals. Pending is the leads you're waiting to hear back on. Speculative is earlier pipeline, split between existing and new clients.
Your rules for what counts
Choose which lead status counts as pending and which counts as speculative, and set a qualification score leads must reach before they count.
Against your target
Set a yearly target, with optional targets for particular months or quarters. A chart shows your forecast against the target line, and the gap still to close.
Revenue in the right month
Won work lands in the month it starts, and fixed-term retainers are spread across their term. Speculative leads use the payment forecast set on the lead.
