Record time while it's still fresh
A timer that starts from the task you're on, a weekly timesheet you can copy forward, and reminders so the week isn't filled in from memory.
Filled in from memory
When time tracking is a chore, it gets left until Friday. By then nobody remembers how long the client call took, or which task the afternoon went on.
The fix isn’t more nagging. It’s making the right way the easy way: start a timer from the task in front of you, or fill in a quick grid at the end of the week.
Two ways to record time
Use whichever suits the way you work.
A timer in the header
Start timing from the header, a subtask, search results or the team calendar. Only one timer runs at a time, so starting a new one stops the last.
Recent tasks and favourites
Pick up where you left off from the tasks you've worked on in the last week, or from favourites you've saved. Restart an earlier entry in one click.
A weekly grid
Prefer to do it in one go? The weekly timesheet lets you edit hours cell by cell, add notes, and copy last week's rows. Your total shows against your capacity for the week, allowing for days off.
Nudges that catch the gaps
A reminder in your browser during working hours, on by default and yours to change. An alert when a timer's been running for four hours. And end-of-day reminders when hours are missing, if your team switches them on.
