Book the team onto real work, day by day
People in rows, days across, with bookings, time off and meetings on one calendar.
The resourcing spreadsheet
A resourcing spreadsheet shows who’s booked, but not what they’re booked on, or whether they’re on holiday that week. It’s out of date the moment a task moves.
Rofinery’s team calendar is built from your projects’ tasks, your team’s working patterns and their leave, so it stays accurate as things change.
Plan the week in minutes
Book, move and repeat work without a spreadsheet.
Bookings against tasks
Book hours against a subtask from one date to another, and let Rofinery spread them across the days a person has free. A table shows their capacity for each day before you save.
Work that repeats
Set a booking to repeat daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly until an end date. Remove one occurrence, or that one and every one after it.
Drag and drop
Move a booking to another day or person, or open a project in the side panel and drag its subtasks onto the calendar. Moved bookings skip weekends, bank holidays and days off.
Warnings before you overbook
If a day's already full, Rofinery asks before booking more. Move a booking onto a day someone doesn't work, and choose to keep it as overtime or move it to their next working day.
