Is the team busy on the right work?

See how much of each person's working time goes on billable client work, against the target you've set for them.

Busy isn't the same as billable

Everyone’s busy. The question is whether that time is going on work clients pay for, or on admin, internal projects and pitches.

Utilisation is the share of someone’s working time spent on billable client work. Rofinery works it out for each person, from the time they log and the hours they’re actually available.

Utilisation you can act on

Worked out fairly, person by person.

Billable time against working time

Utilisation is billable hours divided by working hours, and working hours already allow for approved time off and bank holidays.

A target for each person

Set a utilisation target for each person, because a designer and a director shouldn't share one. The report shows each person against theirs, with a weighted average for the team.

Where the rest of the time went

Expand a person to see their hours split into billable, non-billable, new business, admin and other projects, with their time off by type.
